I was honored to be invited by Dutch retail expert Carin Frijters to do an interview about sound and music in retail for her Dutch book ‘Prikkel de koopknop’.
The new second edition features all kinds of updates and new content, including my interview. What has remained from edition one is a very, very inspiring view on all aspects of modern retail. A definite must-read for anyone in retail with a working knowledge of the Dutch language!
